Court of Arbitration

Court of Arbitration

Our association is establishing an impartial and independent arbitration court that will, in the future, provide an efficient and confidential mechanism for resolving disputes between manufacturing companies. Its purpose is to bring together industry experts and legal professionals in order to offer members professional, swift, and reliable dispute resolution.

The arbitration court will be suitable for resolving contractual disputes, breaches of delivery terms, quality issues, payment obligations, and intellectual property disputes. The process begins when the parties have concluded an arbitration agreement or agree during the dispute to submit the matter to arbitration. The arbitration court will provide a neutral expert assessment, and, where necessary, specialists with specific technical expertise will be involved. The decisions are intended to be legally binding and enforceable in court where required.

Arbitration offers companies the possibility to resolve disputes more quickly and often more cost-effectively than in regular courts, avoiding public attention and helping to preserve business relationships. Our association supports its members throughout the entire procedure – from preparing documentation to the enforcement of the decision. The arbitration court being established will create a reliable and efficient dispute resolution environment for the manufacturing sector.
